Care Guide
Storage
Leather can be damaged by exposure to extreme heat, sunlight or moisture. That's why at Majas every product that you purchase from us comes with a fabric dust bag. It is advised to keep the leather products inside their dust bags when not in use and store them in a cool, dry, dark place. Leave plenty of space around the bag and wrap buckles and zippers to prevent them from marking the bag. It is advised not to store a leather bag in plastic and never place items on top of the bag.
Cleaning and Conditioning
To clean the interior of your leather bags, empty all the pockets and use soft brush or lint roller to get all the debris out.
To clean the leather, use a small quantity of warm soapy water and gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth and use towel to dry the bag immediately. To condition the bag, you can use natural oils and waxes or commercial leather care products.
For a more thorough cleaning, conditioning, and waxing, it is advised to take your bag to a leather specialist every few months.
